Multi-platform recruitment campaign focusing on Gen Z and Millennials.

  • During the challenging COVID-19 pandemic, Williams Sonoma needed to recruit thousands of Gen Z and Millennial seasonal employees. Our team designed a compelling thematic concept and executed it through a comprehensive multi-platform campaign, alongside a successful peer-to-peer referral program. The campaign includes broadcast, digital, social media, and out-of-home advertising. It was deployed in California, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Tennessee, resulting in a substantial pool of highly qualified candidates and the successful filling of over 3,000 open positions.

    My role was to concept, develop, and design the campaign, create storyboards, and oversee the video production process. The illustrated elements arranged in a modular system allowed for scalability and ease of use in various mediums while adhering to the Williams Sonoma brand guidelines.
