99 Front

ART DIRECTION | BRANDING

Branding for a historical building converted into a modern apartment complex.

  • The historic Oliver Building, built in 1905 by Joseph P. Oliver as a cold storage facility, is the backdrop for 99 Front. This unique apartment complex preserves the building's original charm while adding modern amenities. With views of the river and the city, 99 Front features a theater facade, timber columns, exposed brick walls, stenciled typography, and steampunk gears that reflect its rich history. This distinct character has become the foundation of our branding strategy, inspiring a compelling narrative.

The brand identity for 99 Front visually conveys the building's unique character and authenticity, as well as the exceptional experience it offers our target audience. My work includes a visual identity system, signage design, brand guidelines, collateral, merchandise, and digital assets.
